Wellbeing training to protect the employee's mental health and that doesn't disturb the working week of an employee or put the onus on the employer to try to juggle the logistics of training an entire workforce. With the OCT offering, employees can complete the 40 modules per annum in those slender pieces of time which are effectively defunct in a working day. Every time an employee performs a module, they are asked a multiple-choice question to gauge comprehension and acknowledgement of the same.
For the employer this is a time efficient way to safeguard their employees without intruding on employees’ personal space or having difficult and potentially awkward conversations with legal and commercial consequences. After every completed course, the employer will receive an audit report confirming that the employee has been educated and repeatedly signposted to where they might need to go if they have a challenge to overcome.
As part of the OCT offering there is a helpline to support the HR department and complimentary training available to nominate a Mental Health First Responder, adding a further skill set to your team.
